School Complaints Procedure

We do hope that you won’t find cause for complaint however we all welcome feedback!

In the first instance most queries can be answered by your child’s class teacher. If not then please make an appointment at the school office to see the Deputy Headteacher Mr Lambie or the Headteacher Miss Guess. You can of course speak with any governor especially if you feel your concern has not been dealt with satisfactorily. The chair of Governors can be contacted through the school office.
